7. MILEAGE
"Unless proved otherwise, the registration values for vehicles with a mileage of less than 1,000 miles will be deemed to have a mileage of 1,000 miles and the registration value will be calculated on 1,000 miles.
8. APPEALS
Unless otherwise expressly stated in these terms and conditions, any appeals from
you to the Authority must be in writing and sent to our contact address set out below either
by post, facsimile transmission or electronic mail and all notices from us to you
will be displayed on this website from time to time. You agree that all agreements,
notices and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any
legal requirement that such communications must be in writing.
